Flash back to 4 years ago when I desperately wanted a baby but my husband was away with military duties.

It seemed like everyone around me was having babies and growing their family, while I spent 18 months of waiting to even try. I decided during that time that I would do everything I could to learn about and prepare my body so that when the time was right, pregnancy would be a breeze. I fell in love with pregnancy and fertility nutrition and decided to center my private practice as a dietitian on supporting that delicate time of life. 

This is where Baby Building Bootcamp began, my signature pregnancy nutrition course to help mamas feel confident in their ability to nourish themself + a baby (without all the BS)!


Now let's move forward a year: It was finally my turn to be pregnant (yay!), and I desperately hoped that everything I'd been teaching my clients for the last year actually worked on me. The best part? I never felt anxious about food and what was okay vs not. I didn't bat an eye at the pregnancy weight gain (that came on quite quickly) because I knew exactly how my body and baby should be nourished. 

I had an extremely healthy and low risk pregnancy from what was actually in my control.
